1. General Provisions
1.1. The contest “SEARCH AND FIND IN RIGA with ALCOSCAN” (hereinafter – the Contest) is a radio game (hereinafter – the Game) organized by RADIO TEV and takes place from June 8, 2026, to June 19, 2026 (inclusive).

1.2. The organizer of the Contest is RADIO TEV (hereinafter – the Organizer).

1.3. The Game is not a lottery. The winner is determined based on speed. The winner is the first participant who arrives at the specified location in accordance with these rules and states the correct password of the day.

1.4. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to these rules and undertakes to comply with them. Participation confirms that the participant has read, understood, and fully accepted these rules.

2. Participation Procedure
2.1. To participate in the Contest, the participant must listen to RADIO TEV.

2.2. After the game signal is announced, the participant must open or, if necessary, restart the SKONTOTEV mobile application, where a POP-UP notification will appear displaying:

2.3. the lucky location of the day in Riga;
2.4. the password of the day.
2.5. The participant’s task is to identify the specified location and get there as quickly as possible.

2.6. A potential winner is the first participant who arrives at the specified location and tells the Game host the correct password of the day.

3. Determination and Announcement of Winners
3.1. The Game host verifies the password stated by the participant.

3.2. If the password is correct, the participant is confirmed as the winner.

3.3. Winners are publicly announced on the Organizer’s social media accounts:

3.3.2. Facebook: @radiotev

4. Prizes
4.1. Contest winners receive prizes provided by the Organizer and/or its cooperation partners.

4.2. The number and type of prizes are determined at the Organizer’s discretion.

4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

5. Participants’ Rights and Obligations
5.1. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees that their image (face), voice, and statements recorded during the Contest may be used in content created by the Organizer, including marketing and advertising activities, without additional compensation.

5.2. Each participant may win only once during the entire Game period.

5.3. The participant is responsible for their own safety and conduct while traveling to the specified Contest location.

6. Age Restrictions
6.1. Persons who are at least 16 years of age may participate in the Contest.

6.2. If a participant is under 16 years of age, they must arrive at the Game location accompanied by a person who is at least 16 years old and is not one of the Contest winners.

7. Organizer’s Liability
7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:

7.1.1. technical issues related to the operation of the mobile application or internet connection;

7.1.2. participants’ inability to arrive at the specified location on time;

7.1.3. any incidents, accidents, or losses that may occur while the participant is traveling to the location.

8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. Participants’ personal data are processed solely for the purposes of organizing the Contest and ensuring its publicity.

8.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Additional Provisions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or terminate the Contest, provided prior notice is given.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or terminate the Contest at any time, provided prior notice is given.

9.3. Any conditions not specified in these rules are available in the general Contest rules. Any other rules not mentioned herein are available in the general Contest rules published on the Organizer’s website (where applicable).
