1. General Provisions
1.1. The contest "FIND IT IN RIGA with PIK NIK" (hereinafter – the Contest) is a radio game (hereinafter – the Game) organized by RADIO TEV, taking place from August 10, 2026, to August 21, 2026 (inclusive).

1.2. The organizer of the Contest is RADIO TEV (hereinafter – the Organizer).

1.3. The Game is not a lottery. The winner is determined on a first-to-arrive basis. The winner is the first participant who, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, arrives at the designated location and states the correct daily password.

1.4. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them. Participation in the Contest confirms that the participant has read, understood, and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

 
2. Participation Procedure
2.1. To participate in the Contest, the participant must listen to RADIO TEV.

2.2. After hearing the Game start signal, the participant must open or, if necessary, restart the SKONTOTEV mobile application, where a pop-up notification will display:

2.3. the lucky location in Riga for that day;

2.4. the daily password.

2.5. The participant's task is to identify the specified location and travel there in Riga as quickly as possible.

2.6. The first participant to arrive at the designated location and state the correct daily password to the Game Host becomes the potential winner.

 
3. Determining and Announcing the Winners
3.1. The Game Host verifies the password stated by the participant.

3.2. If the password is correct, the participant is confirmed as the winner.

3.3. Winners will be publicly announced on the Organizer's social media accounts:

3.3.2. Facebook: @radiotev

 
4. Prizes
4.1. Contest winners will receive prizes provided by the Organizer and/or its cooperation partners.

4.2. The number and type of prizes shall be determined at the Organizer's sole discretion.

4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

 
5. Participants' Rights and Responsibilities
5.1. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees that their image (including facial image), voice, and statements recorded during the Contest may be used by the Organizer in content created by the Organizer, including for marketing and promotional purposes, without any additional compensation.

5.2. Each participant may win only once during the entire Contest period.

5.3. Each participant is solely responsible for their own safety and actions while travelling to the designated Contest location.

 
6. Age Restrictions
6.1. The Contest is open to persons who are at least 16 years of age.

6.2. If a participant is under the age of 16, they must arrive at the designated Game location accompanied by a person who is at least 16 years old and who is not one of the Contest winners.

 
7. Organizer's Liability
7.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:

7.1.1. technical issues related to the operation of the mobile application or internet connectivity;

7.1.2. a participant's inability to arrive at the designated location on time;

7.1.3. any incidents, accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while the participant is travelling to the designated location.

 
8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of organizing the Contest and ensuring its publicity.

8.2. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

 
9. Additional Provisions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Contest Terms and Conditions or terminate the Contest, provided participants are informed in advance.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Contest Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Contest at any time, subject to prior notice.

9.3. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Organizer's General Contest Rules published on the Organizer's website, where applicable.
