1. General Rules
   1.1. The contest “Dominas pavasara iepirkšanās piedzīvojums” (hereinafter – the Contest) takes place from April 13, 2026 to April 24, 2026 (inclusive).
   1.2. The organizer of the Contest is RADIO TEV (hereinafter – the Organizer).
   1.3. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to these rules and undertakes to comply with them. Participation confirms that the participant has read, understood, and fully agrees with these rules.
   2. Participation Procedure
   2.1. To participate in the Contest, the participant must listen to RADIO TEV.

3. Determination and Announcement of Winners
3.1. The host verifies the password stated by the participant.

4. Prizes
4.1. Contest winners receive prizes provided by the Organizer and/or cooperation partner.

4.2. The number and type of prizes are determined at the Organizer’s discretion.

4.3. Prizes are not exchanged for cash or other prizes.

5. Participants’ Rights and Obligations
5.1. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees that their image (face), voice, and statements recorded during the Contest may be used in content created by the Organizer and other marketing and advertising activities without additional compensation. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees that their image, voice, and statements recorded during the Contest may be used in materials created by the Organizer, including for advertising and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
5.2. Each participant may win only once during the entire game period. Each participant may win only once during the entire Contest period.
5.3. The participant is responsible for their safety and actions when traveling to the specified Contest location.
Age Restrictions
6.1. Only persons who have reached at least 16 years of age may participate.
6.2. If the participant is younger than 16, they must arrive at the specified game location accompanied by a person who is at least 16 years old and is not one of the Contest winners. If the participant is younger than 16, they must arrive at the specified location accompanied by a person who is at least 16 years old and is not a Contest winner.
7. Organizer’s Liability
7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:

technical issues related to the mobile application or internet connection;
participants’ inability to arrive at the specified location on time;
any incidents or losses that may occur during the participant’s movement.
8. Personal Data Processing
8.1. Participants’ personal data are processed only for the purpose of organizing the Contest and ensuring its publicity.

8.2. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Additional Rules
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest rules or terminate the Contest, informing participants in advance. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest rules or terminate the Contest at any time, informing participants in advance.
