To celebrate its 13th birthday, RADIO TEV is surprising its listeners with the biggest change in the history of its programming – a brand-new morning show concept! Starting in September, RADIO TEV mornings will be hosted by TWO new duos: Dārta Daneviča together with Mārtiņš Počs, and Sintija Leimane together with ZEĻĢIS.
For some time, RADIO TEV has been encouraging listeners on social media and on air to guess the big news – and now it has finally been revealed! Starting in September, RADIO TEV JAUNS RĪTS will be on air, giving you twice as many reasons to wake up in a good mood!
Dārta Daneviča, an actress known for theatre, film and television series; Mārtiņš Počs, a film and TV actor, event and television host; Sintija Leimane, an event host, producer, music manager and content creator; and ZEĻĢIS, a rapper, beatmaker and songwriter – will join the RADIO TEV team to start a new morning and a successful day together with listeners from 6:00 a.m.
For the rest of the day, listeners can continue enjoying the company of their favourite radio voices. From 10:00 a.m., Jānis Biezais will help you get into the right mood for a successful workday. From 1:00 p.m., DJ Toms Polakens will bring you the latest news from the world of music, while from 4:00 p.m., Signe Blumberga will make sure your journey home is a pleasant one.

To discover this new and magical world for me, creating a shared synergy and a new spark for better days and a happier life.

Music is my everyday life. My band, concerts, my beloved choir. It’s like water — I simply can’t exist without it. I’m also a self-proclaimed preacher of love, a passionate Harry Styles fan and maybe, one day, an author. My vision? I’m addicted to that moment when an idea transforms into a space filled with people who truly feel something.

I most often find myself in situations that make me uncomfortable. It is precisely the unknown and the challenging that have helped me become the person my “younger self” would admire. If I can visualize something, chances are it will come true. I’m honoured to live out one of my dreams together with RADIO TEV. It’s important to me that your morning starts on a high note!
