Rules of the game SKAŅU LIKME

1. The RADIO TEV game “Skaņu likme” (hereinafter – the “Game”) is organized by SIA “Radio TEV”, hereinafter – RADIO, registration No. 44103072732, address Tērbatas iela 4, Valmiera, LV-4201, which has developed these rules (hereinafter – the Rules).
2. The Game takes place within the territory of Latvia and in any place in the world where RADIO TEV can be listened to via internet live stream.
3. The Game takes place from March 9 to March 27, 2026. Participation in the Game is free of charge. Only those who have familiarized themselves with the Game Rules and agree to them may participate, as well as those who agree to the processing of personal data and the general rules of competitions, promotions and/or games of SKONTO MEDIJU GRUPA, available at www.radiotev.lv. If they conflict with the Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail.
4. During the Game, a sound lasting from 1 (one) to 3 (three) seconds is played live on RADIO TEV every weekday. The participant’s task is to call the RADIO TEV studio phone number +371 2720 2720 and guess the source of the sound. Guessing takes place 8 (eight) times per day during the Game period.
5. A person becomes a Game participant once they reach the RADIO TEV studio by phone at the moment of guessing the sound. If the participant correctly guesses the sound source, they win the Grand Prize and the Daily Prize, if available. If the participant does not guess correctly, they may receive the Daily Prize, if available, or participate again.
6. Each participant may win only one Grand Prize and one Daily Prize during the Game.
7. RADIO reserves the right to determine the content and value of the Daily and Grand Prizes.
8. The Grand Prize is a cash jackpot, the amount of which depends on how many attempts it takes to guess the sound source. The initial Grand Prize fund is 10 EUR. If the first participant does not guess the sound source, the Grand Prize fund carries over to the next attempt, increasing by 10 EUR. As soon as a participant correctly guesses the sound source, they receive the full accumulated amount.
9. During the Game period, after each correctly guessed sound source, a new sound is broadcast on RADIO TEV that participants must guess. A new Grand Prize fund is created with an initial amount of 10 EUR, increasing by 10 EUR after each unsuccessful attempt.
10. To receive the Daily Prize and/or the Grand Prize, the recipient must create a profile in the SKONTO TEV application and indicate the prize delivery address.
11. RADIO TEV will either deliver the prize to the winner within 14 days after the competition ends or inform the winner where, how and when the prize can be collected. If the winner must collect the prize at the address specified by RADIO TEV, it must be collected within 14 days after the competition ends.
12. Information about the Game winners may be announced on RADIO TEV broadcasts and/or on RADIO TEV social media profiles and/or the website www.radiotev.lv.
13. The process of creating each sound source is recorded on video and will be published after it is guessed on the website www.radiotev.lv and/or RADIO TEV social media profiles.
14. Any person may participate in the Game and win the Grand and/or Daily Prize, except the following: RADIO employees, broadcasting license holders, owners and employees of companies related to the Game, and family members of all the aforementioned persons (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren).
15. By signing the confirmation of receiving any prize, the recipient guarantees that they are not subject to the restriction stated in clause 14. Otherwise, the prize may be requested to be returned to RADIO, and the recipient must immediately take all actions necessary to return the prize.
16. The Grand and/or Daily Prize will be awarded if the name, surname and personal identification number in the identity document (passport or ID card) match the details provided by the winner to the RADIO TEV DJ at the moment of winning and the information in the SKONTO TEV application profile. To receive the Grand Prize, the winner must also provide their declared residential address.
17. If the recipient of the Grand and/or Daily Prize does not comply with the Game Rules, cannot fulfill them, or fails to do so, they may be disqualified by a unilateral decision of RADIO and will not receive the prize.
18. RADIO reserves the right to suspend the Game for a certain period or extend the Game duration at its discretion.
19. After receiving the prize, it cannot be exchanged or replaced. RADIO reserves the right to make changes to the Game Rules, including replacing the Grand Prize with an equivalent prize, even after the Rules have been approved and published on the website.
20. By participating in the Game, the participant agrees that their name, voice or image may be used in any RADIO broadcast, on the website and/or social media, and/or in testimonials or advertising materials distributed by RADIO related to the Game without additional financial or other compensation. By participating and receiving prizes, the participant agrees to unpaid publicity.
21. Decisions made by RADIO management related to the Game are final and cannot be contested.
