SOUND BET – Game Rules

1. The game “Sound Bet” (hereinafter – the “Game”) is organized by SIA “Radio TEV” (hereinafter – the “Radio”), registration No. 44103072732, address: Tērbatas Street 4, Valmiera, LV-4201, Latvia. These rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) have been established by the Radio.

2. The Game takes place within the territory of Latvia and in all locations worldwide where RADIO TEV can be listened to via internet streaming.

3. The Game takes place from September 7 to 25, 2026. Participation in the Game is free of charge. Only persons who have read and agreed to the Game Rules, as well as consented to the processing of their personal data and the SKONTO MEDIJU GRUPA general rules for contests, promotions and games available at www.radiotev.lv, may participate in the Game. In the event of any conflict between them, the Game Rules shall prevail.

4. During the Game, RADIO TEV broadcasts a sound lasting between one and three seconds live on air every weekday. Participants must call the RADIO TEV studio at +371 2720 2720 and guess the source of the sound. Sound guessing takes place eight times per weekday.

5. A participant is any person who reaches the RADIO TEV studio during a guessing round. If the participant correctly identifies the sound source, they win the Grand Prize and, if applicable, the Daily Prize. If the participant does not guess correctly, they may still receive the Daily Prize (if available) and may participate again.

6. Each participant may win only one Grand Prize and one Daily Prize during the Game.The Radio reserves the right to determine the type and value of both Daily and Grand Prizes.

7. The Grand Prize consists of a cash jackpot. The initial jackpot amount is €13.45. Every incorrect guess increases the jackpot by €13.45. When a participant correctly identifies the sound source, they receive the entire accumulated jackpot, from which applicable personal income tax is withheld.

8. After each correctly guessed sound, a new sound is introduced, and a new jackpot begins at €13.45, increasing by €13.45 after every incorrect guess.

9. To receive a Daily Prize and/or Grand Prize, the winner must create a profile in the SKONTO TEV mobile application and provide a delivery address.

10. RADIO TEV either delivers the prize within 14 days after the end of the Game or informs the winner where, how, and when it can be collected.

11. If collection in person is required, the prize must be collected within 14 days after the Game ends.

12. Information about winners may be announced on RADIO TEV broadcasts, social media accounts, website, and other communication channels.

13. The creation process of each correctly guessed sound is recorded on video and published on the RADIO TEV website and/or social media channels after the sound has been guessed.

14. Any person may participate except RADIO employees, broadcasting license holders, owners and employees of companies associated with the Game, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren).

15. By accepting a prize, the recipient confirms that they are not subject to the restrictions specified in Clause 14. Otherwise, the Radio may require the return of the prize.

16. A prize is awarded only if the winner's personal information matches the information provided during the winning call and the data entered in the SKONTO TEV application profile. Grand Prize winners must also provide their declared residential address.

17. If a prize recipient fails to meet or comply with these Rules, the Radio may disqualify the participant and withhold the prize.

18. The Radio reserves the right to suspend or extend the Game at its sole discretion.

19. Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted. The Radio reserves the right to amend these Rules, including replacing the Grand Prize with an equivalent alternative.

20. By participating, contestants agree that their name, voice, image, and likeness may be used in RADIO broadcasts, websites, social media channels, testimonials, and promotional materials related to the Game without additional compensation.

21. All decisions made by the management of RADIO regarding the Game are final and not subject to appeal.
