Rules of the game SKAŅU LIKME.

1. The RADIO TEV game “Skaņu likme” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is organized by SIA “Radio TEV”, hereinafter – RADIO, reg. No. 44103072732, address Tērbatas iela 4, Valmiera, LV-4201, which has developed these rules, hereinafter – the Rules.
2. The place of the Game is the territory of Latvia and those places in the world where RADIO TEV is listened to via internet live stream.
3. The Game takes place from March 9 to March 27, 2026. Participation in the Game is free of charge. Only persons who have familiarized themselves with the Game Rules and agree to them, as well as agree to the processing of personal data and the general competition, promotion and/or game rules of SKONTO MEDIJU GRUPAS available at www.radiotev.lv, may participate in the Game. In case of contradiction, the Game Rules shall prevail.
4. During the Game, a sound lasting from 1 (one) to 3 (three) seconds is played live on RADIO TEV every working day. The participant’s task is to call the RADIO TEV studio phone No. +371 2720 2720 and guess the source of the sound. Guessing the sound source during the game period takes place every working day 8 (eight) times a day.
5. A Game participant becomes a person who has reached the RADIO TEV studio at the moment of guessing the sound source. If the participant correctly guesses the sound source at that moment, they receive the Grand Prize and the Daily Prize, if applicable. If the participant does not guess the sound source, they may receive the Daily Prize.
6. Game participants may receive the Grand Prize. If there is a Daily Prize on that day, the participant may also receive it. Each participant may take part in the Game only once.
7. RADIO reserves the right to choose the content and value of the Daily and Grand Prizes.
8. The Grand Prize is a cash prize accumulation, the amount of which depends on how many guessing attempts are needed to identify the sound source. The initial Grand Prize accumulation amount is EUR 10. If the first participant does not guess the sound source, the accumulated amount carries over to the next guessing attempt, increasing the total fund by EUR 10. As soon as a participant correctly guesses the sound source, they receive the entire accumulated Grand Prize amount.
9. During the Game period, after each correctly guessed sound source, a new sound source is broadcast on RADIO TEV, which participants must guess. A new Grand Prize accumulation is created for the new sound source, with an initial amount of EUR 10, which increases by EUR 10 with each unsuccessful guessing attempt.
10. To receive the Daily Prize and/or the Grand Prize, the recipient must create a profile in the SKONTO TEV application and indicate the prize delivery address.
11. RADIO TEV either delivers the prize to the winner within 14 days from the end of the competition or informs the winner where, how, and when the prize can be received. If the winner must come to the address specified by RADIO TEV, the prize must be collected within 14 days from the end of the competition.
12. Information about the Game winners may be announced on RADIO TEV air and/or RADIO TEV social media profiles and/or on the website www.radiotev.lv, etc.
13. The process of creating each sound source is filmed in video format and, after being guessed, will be published on www.radiotev.lv and/or RADIO TEV social media profiles.
14. Any person may participate in the Game and receive the Grand and/or Daily Prize, except for the persons and cases mentioned in this clause: RADIO employees, broadcasting license holders, owners and employees of companies related to the Game, as well as family members of all the aforementioned persons (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren).
15. By confirming receipt of any prize, the recipient guarantees that the prohibition set out in clause 14 does not apply to them; otherwise, any prize may be requested to be returned to RADIO, and the recipient must immediately take all actions to return the prize to RADIO ownership.
16. The Grand and/or Daily Prize is issued if the name, surname and personal identification number indicated in the identity document (passport or ID card) match the data provided by the winner to the RADIO TEV DJ at the moment of winning, as well as the information in the profile created in the SKONTO TEV application. Additionally, to receive the Grand Prize, the winner must provide information about their declared place of residence.
17. If the recipient of the Grand and/or Daily Prize does not meet and/or cannot fulfill or fails to fulfill the Game Rules, they may be disqualified by RADIO’s unilateral decision and not receive the Grand and/or Daily Prize.
18. RADIO reserves the right to suspend the Game for a certain period or extend the Game duration at its discretion.
19. The Grand or Daily Prize is not exchangeable after receipt and cannot be replaced. RADIO reserves the right to make changes to the Game Rules, including replacing the Grand Prize with an equivalent value, even after the Rules have been approved and published on its website.
20. By participating in the Game, the participant agrees that their name, voice or image may be used in any RADIO broadcast, website and/or social media, and/or reviews or advertising materials distributed by RADIO related to the Game without additional financial or other compensation. By participating in the Game, including receiving prizes, the participant agrees to free publicity.
21. All management decisions of RADIO related to the Game are final and not subject to appeal.
